Social Media Platform S.L. is responsible for the processing of your data.

Purpose of the processing of personal data

In Social Media Platform, we treat your personal data to send your images taken with the funEvent 360 PHOTO BOOTH app by e-mail, WhatsApp, or SMS during the event. After that, we will not send you any more messages.

How long are retained your personal data collected?

We will keep your data as long as it is necessary to give you this service, and then we will proceed to its destruction.

You have the right to confirm whether we are treating your personal data on Social Media Platform; therefore, you have the rights of access, opposition, rectification, deletion, cancellation, and portability. The exercise of these rights can be done through our e-mail info@funEventApp.com.

Social Media Platform adopts the necessary measures to guarantee the security, integrity, and confidentiality of the data, following the provisions of Regulation (E.U.) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council, of April 27, 2016, concerning the protection of natural persons concerning the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data.

1. The request to send photos, GIFs, or MP4s by e-mail, WhatsApp, or SMS.

2. Free, voluntary, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent, as long as we inform you by making available this privacy policy, which after reading it, if you agree, you can accept utilizing a declaration or an explicit affirmative action, such as tick a check- box provided for this purpose.
